When I started working with Shannon in 2014, I wasn’t very fit or strong at 65 years but I
knew that I could be in better shape. A friend recommended Shannon and I started meeting
with her in private Pilates sessions. My goal was to improve my overall fitness level.
In 2021 I am still doing those sessions with Shannon. Through her knowledge and
guidance I am stronger and more fit than I was in my 50’s. During my years with Shannon, I’ve
had two total knee replacements. Her expertise supplemented my required Physical Therapy
and has allowed me to I return to my pre-surgery range of motion.
My sessions with Shannon are a priority in my life.
