Pilates is a resistance-based form of exercise focused on core stabilization and overall balance in the body. Through the use of equipment, props and weight-bearing movements, Pilates mobilizes and strengthens your whole body to improve overall functionality and posture.
I am currently only taking new Private Pilates clients on a short term case-by-case basis. These sessions are intended to work on managing a specific injury or issue not for regular exercise. I will only consider taking on new clients who are also open to using Acupuncture as well as movement to address the specific issue. Private training—55 Minute session $110
Duet training—2 people train at once—each person pays $55
1/2 hour private training session( only for established clients)—-$55
We accept cash, card and check but note there is a 3.5% fee charged for all card transactions.
