Pilates is a resistance-based form of exercise focused on core stabilization and overall balance in the body. Through the use of equipment, props and weight-bearing movements, Pilates mobilizes and strengthens your whole body to improve overall functionality and posture.

Currently I am only taking new Pilates clients on a short term case-by-case basis and only with clients who are also open to using Acupuncture as well as movement to address the specific issue. Please reach out via email if this seems appropriate to your situation.

  • Private training—55 Minute session $100

  • Duet training—2 people train at once—each person pays $50
